A small recipe app called PREPEAR is now facing a lawsuit from Apple. The pear depicted in the logo is too similar to the Apple apple: it would give the impression that the app is an Apple product.
There is probably no danger of confusion, because PREPEAR is an app that emerged from the HEALTHYKIDS platform and is all about healthy nutrition for children. The company, which was founded five years ago, has just five employees and naturally does not consider itself equal to a legal dispute against the group.
