When the red tape whinnies, it's usually annoying for those involved - especially when it comes to government funding programs. Founders need fast and uncomplicated support, especially when it comes to digital transformation. Experience shows that government measures cannot guarantee this. Thus, only a good two-thirds apply for funding, and again only half of them actually receive corresponding support. This means that only one in three of those eligible for support, for whom these measures would be intended, actually receives support - a disgracefully poor rate.
