Managers are more than just "bosses" - they are impulse generators and motivators in one. However, employees see things a little differently: only 20% are convinced that this is actually the case, as a Gallup survey confirms. The leaders themselves are not even aware of this. 97% percent of leaders consider themselves to be a "very good" boss.
