MAC is the PLUS to apprenticeship and offers innovative courses and exciting initiatives to complement apprenticeship training. These special programs support companies in providing their apprentices with the best possible support and training them to become outstanding skilled workers in many respects. MAC is based on close cooperation between training companies, schools and institutions - with the common goal of rethinking and optimizing apprenticeships and opening up a broad horizon for young people in terms of vocational training. MAC creates inspiring learning spaces where the best of the best are there for young people, passing on not only their knowledge but also enthusiasm, stability and self-confidence.
