A vote was held at Zalando on May 23. At the annual general meeting of the fashion giant, a new vote was taken on the salary of Rubin Ritter, David Schneider and Robert Gentz. Thus, the annual salary could be cut from a good 200,000 to 65,000 euros. What is put however into the room, are success-dependent bonuses for 1.7 million shares. It will be interesting to see how other major companies develop in the future.
